It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 !

The first step is to complete the online "Pre-Application".  This gives us the basic information that we need to process your application.  It asks basic things such as...  Name (Business Name), address, date business started, phone number, email, etc.

Once this is completed, one of our trained representatives will contact you by phone to confirm the information, and answer any questions that you may have.

Next, we will send to you by an express courier the actual "Card Processing Agreement".  This is a multiple page type form, and must actually be sent to you for a "wet signature".  You will then sign that, and return it to us with payment for your merchant account. (or signed lease agreement)  There will also be a couple other items you will need to return to us in the package.. such as a voided check from you bank account (this is the account where your funds will be deposited).

If you are in a hurry to begin processing you can actually fax us your signed paperwork (Fax number: 1-312-803-1888).  The processor will allow us to set your accout up with a faxed copy, however, we still need the original hard copies to be mailed to us.

Once we receive your package back (or your fax), your application will be submitted directly to our processor's underwriting department. 

Once it is submitted, we should have your account setup within 24-36 hours. Faxed applications submitted by 9:30am CST are typically approved the same day by 7:00pm CST.   Once it is set up, we will either send you an email with your "Log On" information for your Internet Gateway, or we will ship your POS (terminal or software) directly to your door (ready to plug in and start processing).

Shortly thereafter, you will receive a Welcome Package with all support phone numbers, authorization phone numbers, etc, just in case you have questions or problems.
